Trigger Warning: This article discusses domestic violence allegations.

The divorce between Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards has taken a dark turn, becoming one of the messiest splits in Bravo history. The allegations being exchanged are both disturbing and shocking.

In court, Denise sought a permanent restraining order against Aaron, detailing multiple instances of physical abuse. During the emotional proceedings, she claimed, “He’s almost killed me so many damn times.” The hearings have revealed a troubling picture of their relationship.

On October 17, Aaron Phypers was arrested on an outstanding warrant while attempting to leave the courthouse. The warrant was reportedly tied to Denise Richards’ domestic violence allegations. He posted a $200,000 bond and was released. For the record, Aaron denies ever abusing Denise.

Now, TMZ reports that Aaron is demanding half of Denise’s earnings from her OnlyFans account. Legal documents reveal that Aaron claims he’s entitled to part of the $200K–$300K Denise reportedly makes monthly, arguing that since he took the photos, he owns the copyright and should receive half of her earnings.

Additionally, Aaron allegedly filed a request for $150,000 from a joint account with Denise, citing severe financial hardship. He stated he needed $120,000 for back rent and $10,000 for legal fees. He further claimed that most of the funds in the account came from Denise’s OnlyFans earnings.

However, the judge ruled in Denise Richards’ favor, denying Aaron Phypers’ request. The ruling was based on “insufficient evidence of immediate loss or damage.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is available for streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
